Note! We accept service vouchers for the service intended for that purpose, we cannot accept e.g. a benefit intended for sports services for massage services and there are no exceptions in this regard.

A reserved and saved service reservation is always binding. The booker is obliged to provide correct and up-to-date contact information when making the reservation. If you arrive late or do not arrive, the price according to the price list will be charged. The reservation can be changed or canceled 12 hours before the start of the reservation free of charge.

Cancellation of the booked time is done according to the instructions in the booking confirmation email or HERE (you need the booking code). If you cancel less than 12 hours before the start of the reservation, we will charge a cancellation fee of €20, which is paid as an online payment upon cancellation.

If the fee is not paid with the cancellation, the cancellation of the reservation will not be done successfully.

We have a normal price list and a cheaper Plus price list.

With the value card, you get access to the more affordable Plus price list and thus cheaper treatment. The value card replaces the traditional series card and allows access to all our services. Value and gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase (validity periods for offer and campaign products are always indicated separately)

The minimum charge is €110 and you can easily get a value card that suits you here.

You can always make an appointment with any one of our experts and he will certainly be able to give you advice for further action or refer you to another one of our experts.

Note! You should always reserve at least 60 minutes for the first  visit.

Relaxation and recovery?

If your body needs relaxation or recovery from training, work or stress, you should make an appointment for a massage.

For self-help relaxation and recovery, we recommend HUH Kamppi’s recovery room, where you can find the self-care equipment needed for effective recovery, as well as a gym.

Muscle fatigue or tightness?

We recommend a massage. If you wish, you can make an appointment with our more trained (osteopath / physiotherapist) care staff, if you feel it is necessary and you want a more extensive survey of your body’s condition.

A rapidly developing problem or injury?

In these situations, it is often about a sudden change or an injury. Often the reason is revealed by observing changes in recent history. Make an appointment for a sports massage, when the masseuse examines and performs treatments to alleviate the resulting pain.

If you feel that it is not just a simple muscle or ligament problem, you should book an appointment osteopathy or physiotherapy directly.

A long-term problem?

If you have a longer-term problem, we recommend booking an appointment directly with an osteopath or physiotherapist. You will receive an accurate survey of your body and clear recommendations for further action. Please note that in long-term ailments, your own exercises and self-care play a big role in terms of successful rehabilitation.

Value and gift cards are generally valid for one year from the date of purchase. Validity periods for promotional products may vary. You will find the expiration date on your card, which means the last possible day to receive the service. Unfortunately, we do not extend the validity period unless there has been an obstacle to the use of the gift card. We hope that Gift Cards are always used on time.

Additional time of 4 weeks can be purchased for a value or gift card. When buying additional time, you should remember that the extension time is always done from the last day of validity, counting 30 days forward. You can buy additional time HERE.
