Through my 10 years of coaching Crossfit groups and individuals, I have found a fairly common goal for my clients. Move well, feel great.
The way we can achieve this is by perfecting movement patterns for a healthy life. These will give you the tools to overcome any movement that you may encounter in life or sport, easily. These movement patterns are simple and you have probably heard of them. Think pushing, pulling, jumping, hinging, squatting and even throwing.
When we get the basics ticked off, then the sky’s the limit. We can easily build strength and skills whilst getting more creative with your programming and goals.
I can explain more when we meet but the way it works in practice is a mix of strength training and some conditioning work. Mixing these two creates a program that is enjoyable, achievable, and gives results without burning you out.
